Listen to me—listen well. I speak in the open, Not from the comfort of shadows. With every fibre of my being, I proclaim:
I do not fear The taghūt of my time.
I am the child of righteous souls, Carried in a womb Nurtured by the love of Zainab. Raised by a father Whose life found its beginning and its end In devotion to his Bibi, Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra (a.s.), Whom he loved With every beat of his heart.
Now they have both returned to their Lord, Entrusting me with the witness.
A witness That cannot be silenced. A witness That belongs upon the rooftops, Proclaiming the words Of Imam Husayn (a.s.):
"What has he found who has lost You? And what has he lost who has found You?"
If You are my portion, Nothing can truly be taken from me.
Whether my witness is carried through faithful living, or sealed by faithful dying, I shall not be silent while the Yazids of every age continue their massacres.
When innocence is violated By the Epsteins of this world; When tyrants spill the blood Of the defenceless in Minab, In Gaza, And wherever oppression Tries to hide behind power—
Silence becomes betrayal.
Our voices Are shaped by the Witnesses. Our courage Learns its language From Zainab. Our resolve draws its strength From Husayn.
We do not chase death.
We pursue truth.
And if truth demands everything, then everything already belongs to Him.
Life is precious When it is lived for God.
Death is beautiful when it is accepted for God.
For neither life Nor death Makes the witness.
It is the heart That belongs to Him
Before either arrives.
This is my testimony.
Born from the love Of Husayn and Zainab.
Nurtured by the prayers Of two faithful souls Who taught me That faith is not inherited— It is lived.
So I will speak.
I will stand.
I will bear witness.
Until my final breath, Or until my Lord Has no further need Of my voice.
