• Did He not find you an orphan, and give you shelter?

• He is the One who sends the winds as good news before His mercy. When they carry heavy clouds, We drive them to a lifeless land, then We send down water, and with it, bring forth every kind of fruit. That is how We bring the dead to life—so that you may remember.

• When Saul set out with the armies, he said, “God is going to test you with a river. Whoever drinks from it is not with me. • So because they broke their covenant, We cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort words from their proper places and forget a part of what they were reminded of. You will always find some act of betrayal among them—except for a few. But pardon them and turn away. Truly, God loves those who do good.
