The Shield of Protection
This dua is a humble plea for protection from our own mistakes. We ask God not to "abase" us due to our sins and to keep us away from the triggers that lead to His displeasure.
Transliteration:
Translation:
O Allah, on this day, do not let me abase myself by incurring Your disobedience, and do not strike me with the whip of Your punishment, keep me away from the causes of Your anger, by Your kindness and Your power, O the ultimate desire of those who desire.
