The Safety of the Slip
We recognise our human frailty on Day 14. We ask Allah not to hold us strictly to our "slips" or mistakes. It is a plea for "Izza"—the honour and protection that prevents a believer from becoming a target for life’s trials.
Transliteration:
Translation:
O Allah, on this day, do not condemn me for my slips, make me decrease my errors and mistakes, do not make me a target for afflictions and troubles, by Your honour, O the honour of the Muslims.
